1. Definitions

Service refers to scheduled legal consultations and related support for pensioners.

Information Product refers to digital guides, templates, and documents provided via download.

Goods refers to printed materials, books, and physical items available for purchase.

2. Use of Our Service

All bookings for pensioner legal assistance must be made through our site. You agree to provide accurate contact details and to attend scheduled sessions.

3. Orders for Information Products

Information products are delivered electronically after order confirmation. Access is granted via our platform.

4. Sales of Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by location.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed on lexapensi.pro. Fees are due at the time of booking or order. We accept the methods displayed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund due to reserved time. You may transfer a booking to a different date or time by contacting us at contact.html at least 24 hours in advance.

6.2 Information Products

Digital products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once access has been granted, no refund is possible due to the intangible nature of the content.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

LexaPensi provides assistance and guidance but cannot guarantee outcomes. We shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses related to our services, products, or goods.
